What is Gleam?

Gleam is a social confidence and communication skills development app. We help you build real confidence through practical tools, exercises, and community support. Whether you want to improve your conversation skills, feel more comfortable in social situations, or boost your professional networking abilities, Gleam is here to help you shine.

How can I request a refund?

If you paid through the App Store, refund requests are handled by Apple — visit support.apple.com/en-us/118223. If you paid through Google Play, refund requests are handled by Google — visit support.google.com/googleplay/answer/15574897. Otherwise, we provide refunds at our own discretion and subject to applicable laws and our policies that may be published from time to time. If we find your request acceptable, we will issue the refund. For further inquiries, email support@gleam.so.

How do I delete my account or data?

You have full control over your data. The fastest way is to tap the Delete Account button on the Settings page in the app — this permanently deletes your account and all associated data. Alternatively, you can email us at privacy@gleam.so and we'll process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been removed from our systems.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We take your privacy and data security seriously. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your information. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

How can I provide feedback or report a bug?

We love hearing from our users! Send your feedback, bug reports, or feature suggestions to support@gleam.so. You can also join our Discord community where our team is actively engaged with users.

I paid on the web. How do I get into the app?

After completing checkout, you should have been redirected to an account creation page. If you no longer have access to that page, a link to set up your account is sent to the email you used at checkout within 5 minutes. If you're still having trouble creating an account after paying, email support@gleam.so.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

You can cancel directly in the app from Settings > Manage Subscription. You can also email support@gleam.so from the email on your subscription. Cancellations keep access active until the end of the period you already paid for. Plan upgrades can start immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Response Times

We strive to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible:

  • General Support: Within 24-48 hours
  • Privacy/Data Requests: Within 72 hours
  • Business Inquiries: Within 3-5 business days
  • Discord Community: Often within hours during business hours

Response times may be longer during weekends and holidays.
